The standard Porsche 914 started life as the brand's idea of an economy car. The concept was to use the VW brand for the model powered by a Volkswagen 80-horsepower flat-four.. There were many other upgrades, including Getty bumpers, front valence and rockers, custom lightweight seats with bolsters, Sabelt harnesses, and VDO.

I'll give credit that the exterior of this custom 914 seems to be fairly well executed, in terms of quality. In terms of how the overall shape has taken place, there are elements of Chrysler, Testarossa, and Porsche 959 in the styling. The inside is custom made as well, with the whole interior ditched in favor of a dash from a BMW E30.
